Recognizing that construction concerns are a major issue for spas and wellness centers, Creative Spa Concepts adds a unique member to their team – Construction Consultant Brian Rogers. “One of the biggest and costliest challenges for spas and wellness centers is structural problems,” said Creative Spa Concepts President Mindy Terry. “With Brian on our team, we will make sure these problems are eliminated and that clients receive a sound, safe and secure facility.”

With eight years in high-end construction management, Mr. Rogers specializes in construction services for retail, restaurants, tenant improvements, offices, day spas, and high-end custom residential projects. His notable portfolio of projects includes the impressive water features for Mandarin Oriental and Aria Day Spas in Las Vegas’ City Center.

Mr. Rogers is an expert on thermal bathing facilities as well as entire construction projects. In the day spa realm, he has notable experience in thermal treatment rooms, including Hammams, Laconiums, and Rhassoul; steam rooms and showers; Experience Showers; Ice Fountains; and Mist Rooms.

Based in Las Vegas, Mr. Rogers holds general contractor licenses in Nevada and California. He has a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Calif.
